Creative Dance

Fridays 3:30-4:30pm
Grades Pre-K and K
Feb. 6 - Mar. 26

Learn to move with self-confidence and joy as we explore dance concepts and build valuable physical skills. Strengthen your body and enjoy dancing with others as we layer musical instruments, story and song into our afternoon of creative movement fun.

Creative Drama

Saturdays 9 am - 10 am
Grades Pre-K and K
Feb. 7 - Mar. 27


Use your body, voice and imagination to create new worlds with original characters, stories and environments. This is theater in its most playful sense: as a natural extention of our physical, emotional and intellectual lives. Music, visual art and costumes help us explore story and character as we build physical and vocal skills and have a lot of fun!

Acting Workshop

Saturdays 10:00-11:30am
Grades 3 - 6
Feb. 7 - Mar. 27


Build rehearsal and performance skills in this dynamic and fun class designed to help you acheive a higher level of connection, grounding and creative choice. Working on improvisation skills, character development, script analysis, monologues and scenes, this class will focus on several key aspects of the actor's process: imagination, characterization, choices and trust.

Musical Theatre Workshop

a) Sats. 10:00-11:30
(Grades 1-3)
b) Sats. 11:45-1:15 (Grades 4-6)

Build acting and singing skills as you develop a short play with songs for performance in the final class session. A vareity of musical sources will be explored including: popular and folk music and traditional Brodway repertoire. Blocking, character development, theatre games and more all contribute to bringing these musical stories to life.
