KALEIDOSCOPE CAMP 1

Join us for a fun week of acting, dance, voice, improv and comedy all in the spirit of creating our own play! In the mornings, actors will take technique classes in acting, dance, improv and more and in the afternoon, develop our own script from a favorite fairy tale in our playmaking Performing Arts Workshop. Explore your imagination, participate in the exciting collaborative process of play creation and work with talented Bay Area professionals as we develop skills and have a lot of fun.

This week, we will explore acting, dance, improv, character creation and the art of stage combat in a safe, supportive environment that encourages creative exploration and play. Actors will take technique classes in the morning (acting, dance, improv, combat) with talented Bay Area professionals and create an original script from a fun and challenging theme in our afternoon Performing Arts Workshop. Past themes include the gods and goddesses of Ancient Greece, Characters from Shakespeare's Romances, The Sneetches, and Middle Eastern legends. Come explore with us!

"Transformations: Say Hello to Spring!"

 

Join us for a fun week of creative drama, creative movement, visual art and music activities exploring natutre, growth and transformation in a fun “Goodbye to Winter” or “Hello to Spring” celebration. Rainbow camps are theme based, integrated arts camps that encourage creative risk and imaginitive play in a supportive and caring enviroinment. Led by talented Bay Area Arts professionals trained in early childhood eduction, each Rainbow Camper is offered new and exciting arts experiences and encouraged to find their own best form of self-expression. Outdoor activities and free-play round out this arts-rich day. Teaching artist to student ratio is 1 to 8. Enrollment is limited.
